    Lourna Jane Pujeda Reyes ( as LJ) a GMA 7 Talent and product of Starsturck is indeed expecting a child to his bf Paolo Avelino. It’s already 6 months preggy and she is planning to gave birth at New York. Where her mom is also staying. Paolo said that he will give his full support to LJ and their baby. According to the news, “the two decided to come out and make a clean breast of things because they didn’t want to fool their fans and those around them. They felt it will much be easier to just come clean and reveal the truth.”

    > Sit in awkward or twisted postures.
    > Maintain the same posture for too long.
    > Reach frequently
    > Use too much muscular effort, even for relatively easy tasks.
    > Press on the sof tissues of your body, (example, leaning your arms against a hard desk edge)
    > Perform repetitive tasks that require awkward body positions or forceful exertions, without allowing the body a chance to recover.

    So this only some simple ways to avoid when using your computer at home or even when working in the office.

  7. Flores De Mayo

    May is coming.. So i can say Flores De Mayo is also coming..Flores De Mayo is a Catholic festival in Philippines.
    Flores comes from the Spanish word, “flowers”, also known as flowers of may (Flores De Mayo). It is held in honor of our Virgin Mary.
    I remembered last year i attended the Santa Cruzan in our Barangay, it is the parade held on the last day of Flores De Mayo. And i was the Reyna Helena. The one last in the procession. Being Reyna Helena, you represent Saint helena, she is the Empress and Legendary founder of the True Cross. Together with me is my Escort, :D And he represent Constantine. I wear a Filipiniana dress and my escort wear a Barong Tagalog. It is very memorable to be part of Santa Cruzan.

    Last time I posted photos of Carla Abellana and JC Intal being sweet. Today I discover some photo of Carla again. The said photos weren’t that good, according to the article, Carla was once got pregnant. (Source : http://getitfromboy.net/carla-abellana-pregnant/ ) So here’s the photos:

    The photos above was allegedly taken a year ago. one photo even had a caption of “buntis…ang hirap”. If this allegations were true, where is the baby? And what is Carla’s motives in hiding “her baby”? Is the baby’s father is JC Intal? If those allegations were not true, who are the persons in the picture? And it was sad that an innocent baby were dragged in to this chismis. Was the photo showing her as a pregnant woman was just an optical illusion de to her dress?

    Only Carla knows the truth.
