For girls, the clothes we wear are reflections of who we are. for those formal occasions which entail s to wear a dress, I think that it would be safest still to wear a little black dress.
The color black has evolved from its dark history. For those who are too young to know, black dress carries a reputation of being worn only by widows. But in start of the 20th century, the black dress has become a fashion icon, the icon of sassy-ness and even sexiness for girls. The little black dress is now considered a classic form of dress and still it has with it the appeal which captivated the fashion scene when it first came out.
Some say that no woman should ever be alive without one little black dress. Its simple, elegant and it sure won’t let you down. With proper length and accessories, it can be worn in almost every event you can think of.

I first encountered Mario Maurer through a sort of shounen-ai slash yaoi film produced in Thai wherein he co-starred with Witwisit Hiranyawonkool (Pchy). He is a very noticeable character because of his great facial features. He is a very good candidate for the standards of a “boy-next-door” type of boy and his foreign blood makes him stand out from other Thai actors.
Mario Maurer won the Best Actor award for his role in Love of Siam where he portrayed Tong, a gender-confused boy just in his teens. After then, he has been the face of a lot of Thai commercials and movie projects kept on coming. His gay character in the film didn’t even tarnish his viability as a leading actor in romantic films.
Most recently, Mario Maurer has become the new face of Bench and it is all over the news that he will star in a movie with a Filipina actress.

At present, I can say that life isn’t grand. In truth, I am fully convinced that my life is dull and can be categorized under “just making it through”. Sure, I can make all ends meet but in the end, when I think about it, I do not want to just make ends meet. I want more of life and I want more of what life has to offer to me. I want everything, i want to be an austin certified nutritionist 
Right now, I am not free to go about what I want to do. I have responsibilities to myself and my family which keeps me rooted to the ground. These are fine , of course, since they have helped me shape my character. But one of these days, I will break free to follow wherever my heart leads me to.
I want another life because this one sucks. I want another life because I want to truly experience living.

Of course, a beautiful,healthy and bouncy hair can always be achieved with regular visits to a hair salon but it can be very expensive. Unknown to others, there are actually household items available in our kitchen which can be used to achieve that healthy and bouncy hair.
Unorthodox as it might sound, beer can actually make hair naturally healthy and bouncy. Be forewarned of course that beer here is not meant for consumption. After bath, beer can be used to rinse the hair. Doing this once a week will gradually make hair healthier.
The second household item is the baking soda. Yes, you heard it right– baking soda. Aside from its whitening effects to our teeth, baking soda can also make our hair softer and more manageable. The trick here is to mix one to two teaspoons of baking soda with hot water. This will then be used to wash the hair just before conditioning.

Samsung Galaxy Tab was foreseen to be the rival of the famous iPad– the revolutionary touch tablet. When it first arrived, my first impression of it can simply be described in one word: “amazed”. Well, yeah I was amazed. I was used to Samsung products because the company simply is one of the Asian company (Korean company to be exact) which is known worldwide for their innovative electronics and gadget.
I was amazed at how bold Samsung was to launch a tablet to rival Apple’s iPad. And, in fairness to the Galaxy Tab, in terms of design, it isn’t left behind. Well, if you ask Apple fanatics, they’d go on about how the Galaxy tab is a second-rate copy of the iPad. For me, although Galaxy Tab really do look suspiciously like a copycat of iPad, it is at par in terms of functions. And one thing for sure, Galaxy Tab was the first to be sim-pack enabled. One turn off though, Galaxy Tab was far too expensive when it was first came out. Good news, it dropped about 7 thousand off after a few months.

Rooney is an American rockband which fancies itself with the music which invaded the whole world: British pop and 1980s rock. They have a different style than most bands still existing this day. One distinct characteristic is the classic feel of rock and no “emo” rock.
I can fully say that Rooney was not much of a hit-maker in the mainstream. In fact, if it weren’t for a friend, I wouldn’t have heard of them at all. But when I did listen to their songs, I was hooked to their beat and rhythm. Thought their songs exude a lot of elements but still do not sound so noisy and unappealing to the ears. The stories of their songs are also great due. They exude just enough drama so as to make you feel but not so much to make your heart bleed. They provide great music experience and if you are like me who are into the music of the Beatles, then Rooney will definitely a great choice.

I was not that into Bollywood movies simply because I find the sound of the Hindi language funny to the ears. This bias has kept me away from Indian movies for so long. I watched Slumdog Billionaire which is not really a Bollywood film but rather a Hollywood film shot in India. Anyway, it was last semester when a friend finally shared 3 Idiots with me.
I instantly connected with the story of 3 Idiots because for I was an Engineering student myself for 2 years before I finally decided to shift to another degree. The movie also got me because I long for such a friendship the characters portrayed– one that can lost for so long, even after college.
3 Idiots, as a movie, was a full package and I cannot categorize it anywhere. It has the elements of comedy, drama, and romance. The story is greatly woven and the cinematography is excellent. The actors and actresses were great and very talented. 3 Idiots will get you hooked into Bollywood that you will crave for more.

Clinical depression was once labelled as the “woman’s disease”. Recent studies show, however, that as much as it plagues women, depression can also takes its toll on men. They have breakdown service.
In fact, more than six million men in the United States were found to be clinically depressed. The notion of depression as the woman’s disease is now eradicated. Also, this same thinking is what keeps the men from realizing that they are clinically depressed. They fail to see the different symptoms of depression and this eventually keeps them from seeking help or treatment.
Depression is not only a woman’s disease; it can affect both men and women. It is a very serious disease which can disrupt lives. Though the symptoms of depression are actually the same for both sexes, it can be noticed that guys express these symptoms differently. Common symptoms of depression include loss of interest in usually pleasurably activities, fatigue, changes in appetite, sleep disturbances indifference. Women, when depressed, constantly feel sad and worthless while men most likely get irritable, angry, hostile and aggressive.

Domestic violence or otherwise known as domestic abuse can manifest in different forms such as physical, emotional, sexual, verbal and economic abuse. Still fortunate that the use of band saw blades is not in the list.
Domestic violence is not constricted by any race and it is most definitely not constricted by age nor gender. Even men are vulnerable to it.
When we talk about domestic abuse, most people will probably think of violence against women and child abuse. But, broadly speaking, domestic abuse encompasses a lot more issues in the household sphere. Most people don’t recognize it but there also exists violence against men and the elderly which are seldom reported.
Domestic violence is a very unfortunate and saddening reality of the world. It is depressing to know that the people who are supposed to keep you away from harm are the ones who are inflicting pain to you. Domestic violence will always be a heartbreaking story for everybody. It literally shatters the idea of being safe in your own home and the very essence of the word “family”.

Having a lean tummy takes a lot of time and patience. To achieve it, you must exert more efforts than those sit-ups everyday. There are at least 4 things you must do to finally say goodbye to your tummy.
The first thing you must do is to focus on losing fat. This means that you must exert efforts in burning fat. Sit-ups will only tone your muscles. Let’s say you do sit-up. No matter how hard you try you won’t see those abs because you haven’t removed the fats on top.
Second thing to do is to stay away from exercise machines. It is recommended that you work with free weighs/cables and pulleys.
Third thing is to never focus on the abs. When you exercise, try to exercise everything.
Fourth tip is to drop the soda and settle for water and teas.Sweet beverages such as sodas are rich in calories which will just fatten you up.
