We love our dogs but sometimes they annoy us and can cause disturbance, too. One of the things dog owners complain about is excessive barking. Dogs can’t help but to bark. It is as natural to them just as talking is natural to us humans. But excessive barking is a big no-no. What must you do then? You need to employ a stop dog barking training. And here’s how.
You must make your dog understand that barking at some situations isn’t right. The trick here is to never reward your dog’s barking. Never yell back at them. They might just take this the other way, get excited and bark even more. Be sure that you communicate with him using more than words. It is your body language that gets to him so be a good role model and don’t be noisy yourself.
Train your dog to stop using his barking to gain your attention. This might take time but then again, its for the betterment of both of you.

Girls are familiar with the word dysmenorrhea. It might be a little hard to spell out but it can be explained clearly. Dysmenorrhea is simply the painful menstruation. For some women, dymenorrhea is the painful feeling below the abdomen while for others it is the excruciating pain every month which incapacitates them sometimes. Its true, when your dysmenorrhea is severe, you really can’t move much.
Dysmenorrhea is primarily caused by the large amount of prostaglandin, a hormone which causes the uterine and muscles to contract. Dysmenorrhea can be classified into primary and secondary dysmenorrhea basing from the absence of an underlying cause.
We don’t have to endure the pain of menstruation. There are known ways to relieve dysmenorrhea. The most famous remedy and first aid for dysmenorrhea is the age old hot compress. Just put hot compress over the painful parts and it the pain will temporarily disasppear. Of course you can always drink up drugs that will relieve the pain.

All people are capable of loving. We are not strangers to the concept of love. We receive love from our family, friends and special someones. We not only receive love, but we also give love to the people we care for.
Under the concept of love lies the idea of “being in love”. There is “being in love with someone” and “being in love with love”.
Being in love with love– I personally think that this is the worst kind. Why? Because it leaves a person more vulnerable. When you are in love with love, you tend to be more romantic and your judgment is more muddled. You allow yourself to be hurt because you believe that it is a part of it. You marvel at the good things and accept the bad.
Sometimes acceptance can be advantageous but when you accept so much, you tend to get abused. And this is why it is the worst kind. People who are in love with love tend to get hurt more because they allow it. Ahh, i just want to find a Computer Operator Jobs.

With the conclusion of the world renowned Miss Universe, I was not surprised that a lot of people caught on what I call the “Miss U fever”. All tweets and online updates were almost about Miss Universe. I lost a bet and need to apply for a personal loans for my groceries 
Just a disclaimer: I am not into beauty pageants. I don’t believe its charade of being pro-women or its whimsical claims of women empowerment. I believe that it is one way of limiting and setting standards for beauty and that it exploits women as objects.
Beauty pageants implicitly tell people that for a woman to be beautiful, she has to be at least 5 feet 5 inches tall, with long hair, a great smile, white shiny teeth, and with a great-looking shapely body. Sure, pageants have gotten over the issue of color since Miss Angola (obviously, she is dark skinned) won the crown. But, beauty pageants still haven’t got over the other issues.
I’m just saying, you cannot box beauty within those requirements. And, I simply think that making such a fuss about these “beauty pageants” actually underrate the essence of beauty. Beauty is a lot more than looks and surely, inner beauty is a lot more than words spoken in the question and answer portion.

Love moves in mysterious ways. And that is why people can do and will do a lot of embarrassing and outrageous things just for the ones they love. Ah, love. It sure is a powerful force which unfortunately, some wield for their own selfish purposes.
Aside from love, there remains another strong force among people and this force is as old as love itself. It can also blur people’s judgement and influence their behaviour. It is love’s cousin itself, pride. Pride can be like an lcd projector bulbs, a little pride won’t hurt but too much of it can be dangerous for your own good. Isn’t it common to hear people exclaim a lot of “i’d rathers”? It is because we are prideful. And sometimes, unfortunately, the more love has let you down in the past, the more prideful and stubborn we get.
As for me, I have my share of “i’d rathers”. Some of them I’m not so proud of but most of them I can boast about. Pride can be self-destructive if we let it control everything we do but a enough pride can help us grow. A good thing about pride is that it pushes us to believe that we can stand on our own two feet. So celebrate pride (but not too much) and think hard enough before you say your “i’d rathers” in the future.

HBO has always been keen on producing quality series specially now that Christmas is around the corner.. This year, HBO aired an exceptional series, Game of Thrones, which captivated the interest of millions of viewers because of its complex and intriguing story. Based on R. R. Martin’s thrilling saga, A Song of Fire and Ice, the story of Game of Thrones revolved around the fate of the Starks, a family of high nobility which practically rules north of the kingdom, their allies and their enemies.
The Game of Thrones had a great story and I can attest to the quality and skills put into the making of the television series. I can consider the series to be star studded due to the presence of familiar faces such as Sean Bean as Ned Stark.
Some of the scenes are not suitable for children because they involve graphic and sexual content. Overall, though the series is of fantasy genre, it does not target children as viewers due to the fact that the plot is intricate enough which might not be followed by children.

Talk about great paradigm shift. Saoirse Ronan grew from her victim role in Lovely Bones to a fine killing machine of a girl in Hanna driving with trucker gps
Saoirse Ronan is an Irish actress who, as I have mentioned above, is the main character of the inspiring movie The Lovely Bones. She played the girl who, on her teen years, was unfortunately killed by her own neighbor. In her latest movie, Hanna, Saoirse however plays a very different character. She becomes a girl born out of an experiment which aimed to make babies physically stronger and emotionless.
Frankly, I love Saoirse and I had high expectation from Hanna especially since the cast included Ms. Cate Blanchett, one of my favorite actresses. It was too bad that I felt that the action parts of the movie were lacking and that the story unfolded too slow that it kind of bore me to death. As to the acting, I can fully congratulate the cast for the superb acting. But really, the flow of the movie could have been better, faster.

When we think about chocolate and bar supplies, most people would know thath they serve as mood booster; the boost one’s mood. for most girls, chocolates are even considered their ‘happy food’ or foods that are consumed when they are stricken by negative emotions such as sadness. aside from boosting a happy mood, consuming chocolates can also be good for the heart. Its properties increase the responsiveness of the blood vessels which in turn prevent heart disease. Chocolate can also help increase a person’s glucose tolerance. it contains anti-oxidants which are said to prevent cancer.
Though chocolate can be very beneficial,it is important to remember that too much of something is still bad. Take caution still in consuming chocolates because chocolate, just like any other substance, can be dangerous when eaten in extraordinary amounts. What was supposed to be beneficial, when consumed in great amounts than intended, becomes the very poison to the body.
Anyway, enjoy your chocolate and don’t be a glutton.

<Insert happy face here> I’m currently in Baguio right now and with Typhoon Mina at bay, I shouldn’t have expected a foggy City of Pines. To understate the situation, it’s practically raining cats and dogs here right now.
I arrived around 6 in the morning and it’s still raining here. I’m basically bunking myself here, inside Victory Baguio Terminal’s food court wondering why there were lots of people wearing slutty costumes. I gave up on the idea of hailing a taxi 10 minutes ago. People are getting berserk outwitting each other just to hail a taxi. And I stood outside for almost 30 minutes carrying all my things just to witness this extremely… entertaining (?) and somewhat frustrating phenomenon. Hey, I was snatched of my taxi more than two times!
Well, I’m sitting this one out ‘til it’s over. Good thing I charged my laptop or who knows what I’m doing right now. Hopefully, this extremely bad weather calms soon. And for my remaining days in Baguio, please be JUST foggy! Mister Sun, your presence will be greatly appreciated, too. See you soon!

Reality shows are now a big hit in television. From Survivor to Amazing Race, to Kardashians to Jersey Shore, television is now full of reality shows both good and bad, there’s even an episode where they tested out the best wedding planning apps. A lot of us watch these series because they captivate our attention. We watch these showed simply because they are entertaining and not because they are informative or educational. Sometimes, they don’t even make sense but still we watch them.
I watched the latest season of Jersey Shore and I admit I was addicted. It was a mixture of drama, violence, comedy, and sex. When I think about it, I really didn’t have much learning from the series except that I was a bit shocked from the culture of youth it depicts. I’m still a Filipina after all. But hey, it’s not that offensive to get me to change the channel.
Just recently, a friend introduced me to yet another reality series, Bad Girls Club which is by far a notch higher in drama, violence and sex compared to Jersey Shore. I’ve only watched 2 episodes of this series. Though I don’t fully understand the purpose of the series, I’m still anticipating every episode.
