Stress Begins at 30

My auntie asked me of what is the best fat burner exercise. There are so many such as walking, jogging, sit ups as I may suggest to her. Plus, I also said that she should be taking in fat burning foods such as potatoes, nuts as far as I can remember.

As we age, we really got conscious with our physical looks. Aside from wrinkles in our skin, we really tend to be bulky even if we don’t eat that much at that point in time. Maybe I’m also starting to feel that because I just turned 30 last year, so I guess this will be the start of my unending consciousness in the changes that I will be encountering.
