If you are home appliance lovers, then you are the one who will do everything just to protect your investment materials. Having surge protector will not only protect your electrical appliances but surely your home too. Consider those ideas below on where you should have your protector.

1. You have a desktop or another kind of computer system that requires many outlets
2. You do a lot of work on your computer and need to avoid sudden loss
3. You have a high-energy appliance like an air conditioner or washer and dryer that takes a large energy supply (a surge) to start it
4. You have basic power cords that you have a lot of equipment plugged into and the cord gets really warm over time
5. You experience power outages often and need to be able to shut down your equipment properly without losing power
